Scheduling

Your time is important to us. Your appointment time will be scheduled based on the reason you gave us when you scheduled your appointment. If you have additional problems or need to discuss additional concerns with your provider, you may be asked to schedule another appointment to address these problems/concerns. This will allow us to be considerate of all our patients’ time.

We try our best to stay on schedule, but occasionally an emergency or a patient with a complex problem may cause delays.  When this occurs, we request your patience and understanding, but if you are unable to wait we will be happy to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in case new paperwork or file updates are required.

Please review our financial policy before arriving to your appointment. 

Please arrive prepared to pay the insurance co-payment required by your insurance plan or any out-of-pocket charges you may be expecting. If we have to bill the patient for a co-payment, an $8 fee will be added to your bill.  We respectfully ask for 24 hours notice if you will be unable to keep an appointment. You may be charged a $25 fee for not showing for an appointment without giving us notice as noted in our financial policy
