The safety of our patients and our employees is very important to us. In response to concerns surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19), we have made the decision to suspend all cosmetic services until further notice. If you currently have an appointment scheduled for a cosmetic service (injectables, lasers, etc.), our staff members will be calling you to reschedule your appointment.
In addition to suspending cosmetic services, we now have a triage set up in the front lobby for patients coming in for medical appointments. Before entering the clinic, we will be asking…
- if you have traveled out of the country in the past month.
- if you have been exposed to anyone with upper respiratory symptoms.
- if you currently have any respiratory symptoms (cough, congestion, fever).
If you answer yes to any of these questions, we will take your temperature to check for a fever. Please understand this minor inconvenience as the safety of our patients and our employees is very important to us.
Also, we are offering patients the option to wait in their vehicle after checking in at the front desk. If you feel uncomfortable sitting in our waiting room, please alert one of our staff members. We will take your phone number and text you when it is time for you to see the doctor.
We respectfully ask any patient who is not feeling well, experiencing a fever or exhibiting flu-like symptoms to contact the office to reschedule their upcoming appointment before coming in. There will be no penalties for cancelling appointments at short notice.
We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and will follow all recommendations from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization). We encourage you to contact our office if you have any questions or concerns.
