At The Skin Wellness Center we make every effort to provide you with the exceptional care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.
All co-payments are expected at time of visit. We will send you monthly statements for any balances left after insurance. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
Some treatment options we provide are considered strictly cosmetic by insurance companies and will not be covered. You will be informed of any services not covered by insurance in the exam room before the procedure is done. All out-of-pocket charges are due at the time of visit. All procedures that won’t be covered by insurance are considered out-of-pocket.
We respectfully ask for 24 hours notice if you will be unable to keep an appointment. You may be charged a $25 fee for not showing for an appointment without giving us notice.
