As Knoxville’s premier dermatology practice, Dr. Meredith Overholt and Dr. Kimberly Grande lead our staff of over 50 women. We are committed to treating skin disorders and providing safe, effective cosmetic treatments to provide consistently excellent patient outcomes. As opposed to some med spas, in our office, procedures performed by non-physician caregivers are subject to direct supervision.
Meredith T. Overholt, MD, FAADDermatologistDr. Overholt is one of the founding partners of The Skin Wellness Center. She is board-certified in dermatology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She received her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine, where she also completed her residency in dermatology. Dr. Overholt previously practiced with Knoxville’s Allergy, Asthma, and Sinus Center. She has a passion for educating her patients about diseases of the skin and ways to protect it. Dr. Overholt recently surpassed a career milestone: 30+ years practicing in dermatology. She is also a former member of the KAM Executive board, current member of Cokesbury UMC and a Board of Ambassadors member for the American Cancer Society. |
Kimberly K. Grande, MD, FAADDermatologistDr. Grande is one of the founding partners of The Skin Wellness Center. She is board-certified in dermatology and is a fellow in the American Academy of Dermatology. She received her medical degree from the University of Nebraska where she was an Alpha Omega Alpha, however prior to training in dermatology, she completed 2 years of Internal Medicine training in Savannah, GA. She completed her residency in dermatology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston where she met Dr. Overholt. She worked for 2 years in Houston prior to moving to Knoxville to help found The Skin Wellness Center. |
Janet Breeding, PA-CJanet joined The Skin Wellness Center as a board-certified Physician Assistant in 2005. A Knoxville native, Janet is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and the South College’s Physician Assistant p\Program. Her specialty is aesthetic dermatology, particularly dermal fillers like the Juvederm family of fillers, Sculptra and Radiesse. Janet also has 15 years of experience injecting Botox® and skills in various laser treatments. Janet taught the first 3 PA classes after South College opened their PA program. |
Danielle “Dani” Warren, PA-CDani joined The Skin Wellness Center in 2008 with a background in infectious disease in family practice. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in biology and from Emory University with a Master’s of Medical Science degree and a Physician Assistant degree. She practices medical dermatology and is an excellent teacher. |
Lindsay Greer Frazier, MSN, FNP-BCA Knoxville native, Lindsay joined The Skin Wellness Center in 2009 as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2007, she graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Nursing from Samford University and worked as a RN in a Surgical Intensive Care Unit. In 2009, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Samford University’s Nurse Practitioner Program. She is trained in both medical and aesthetic dermatology. Lindsay has a passion for medical dermatology, including skin cancer education and screenings and a special focus on atopic dermatitis. She also does various aesthetic procedures, including CoolSculpting, dermal fillers, and Botox. |
Brittany Ware, MSN, FNP-BCBrittany is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at The Skin Wellness Center. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of North Alabama and moved back to her hometown in East Tennessee shortly after. Brittany is a graduate of East Tennessee State University’s Master of Science in Nursing program. She became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner while working as a Registered Nurse at The Skin Wellness Center. Brittany is trained in aesthetic and medical dermatology with a specialized focus on Eclipse Hair Restoration as well as injectables like Botox, dermal fillers, Kybella and CoolSculpting. Brittany is passionate about treating all dermatologic skin conditions and has a special focus on hair loss. |

Alexis PacettiAestheticianAlexis was born and raised here in Knoxville TN. After years of working in the interior design business for a talented local designer, she needed a change and decided to go back to school. In her adolescence, Alexis had troubled skin and was always interested in the industry of aesthetics. When it was time to change careers, aesthetics was her first choice. She had a great respect for dermatology and the aesthetics industry because of the positive impact it made in her life. Alexis specializes in laser procedures and medical grade skincare solutions. She is passionate about helping others and developing lasting relationships with her patients. |
Rachael StoffleRN, Nurse InjectorBorn and raised in Seymour, Tennessee, Rachael graduated Nursing School at Lincoln Memorial University in 2018. During her schooling and after graduating, she specialized in Emergency Medicine and spent 6 years in the ER Department. Before undergrad, she knew that her long-term goal would be to work in a cosmetic office offering laser and injectable services. Rachael has worked as a cosmetic nurse at The Skin Wellness Center for over 4 years, alongside some of the best providers in the cosmetic/dermatology industry. Her passion for the industry continues to grow, and she is thrilled to have the opportunity to serve our patients. |
